H κάρτα B100E απαιτεί μία PCI Express θύρα για την σύνδεση με το τηλεφωνικό κέντρο και έχει 1 θύρα για γραμμή ISDN BRI.
Η θύρα μπορεί να ρυθμιστεί σαν NT (για σύνδεση τηλεφώνων ISDN) ή σαν TE (για σύνδεση στο τηλεφωνικό δίκτυο).

OpenVox B100 Series provides 1 ports of S/T BRI interface. The BRI port can be configured for TE or NT mode by jumpers. This port configuration is detected by the driver automatically.

The B100 Series brings powerful ISDN BRI connectivity to your Linux machine. It comes with fully GPLed drivers for the Linux kernel.
B100 Series works with Asterisk®, Elastix®, FreeSWITCH™, PBX in a Flash, trixbox®, Yate™ and IPPBX/IVR projects as well as other Open Source and proprietary PBX, Switch, IVR, and VoIP gateway applications.
